Sestina: MusicI play my gently-spoken guitar,  and notes flow like leaves on a stream,  falling and floating on the air.  In the distance, the highway echoes,  ripping through my guitar's sweet voice.   
My throat, though strong, hasn't such a voice,  so untouched by Babel.  However, my guitar  sends its message wordless through the air.  Through music, my mood faintly echoes,  but is lost, like a leaf on a stream.   
The fingers move deftly across a conscious stream,  and try to summon the angelic voice  from the wooden body of my guitar.  To an atom, the sound is a quake of air; & Sestina: Music

Our FamilyMother, father, don't tell your lies anymore.  Brother, sister, don't do your drugs anymore.  Uncle, aunt, don't show me what I want to see.  Grandpa, grandma, what would you tell me?

WeirdThere was no word,  so there was no rhyme,  so there was no poem,  so there was no poet,  so there was no revolution.  There was no revolution.   
There was no paycheck,  so there was no bullet,  so there was no gun,  so there was no assassin,  so there was no war.  There was no World War.

Lights up   
Setting: A blank stage, a log lying centerstage, a dead tree upstage left.  Background: fiery horizon, silhouettes of war banners.  There are three corpses on stage, each dressed in medieval armor and bear weapons from said time period.  The air is silent, the cautious calm after the battle.
